Terminating a Rental

Our consumer rentals have no minimum contract, so you can cancel at any time. Just let us know, and we’ll arrange and pay for a courier to collect the artwork. We’ll need a few things from you first:

1. Pack the artwork securely in its original packaging. If you no longer have this to hand, use appropriate packaging to protect the artwork on its journey back to the artist. 
2. Send us the dimensions (H x W x L) and weight of the parcel.
3. Tell us a convenient collection date so we can arrange a courier.

We’ll send you a label to print and affix to the package. If you don’t have a printer, let us know; we have a couple of printer-free options too.

Once the artwork has been delivered and condition checked by the artist, we’ll cancel your rental payments.
