Right of First Refusal

If a third party makes an offer on your artwork during your rental, we’ll offer you first right of refusal to purchase the artwork yourself. If you decline, we’ll arrange and pay for the artwork to be returned to us. We’ll replace this with an artwork of an equal rental value, and will get this delivered to you at no extra cost.
