Internal Credit

If you’ve been given a Rise Art gift card, or if you’ve opted for refund credit, you’ll have internal credit to use on your next purchase. For gift cards, you can add credit to your Rise Art account yourself. If you’ve requested refund credit, we’ll add this to your account for you.

To use your internal credit to place an order, start by clicking View Basket. You must have at least one artwork in your basket to view the cart.

Click Credit, found below the Continue to Checkout button. Select Use my credit for this order and your credit will be applied to your basket.
